Concrete Floors

Concrete has become the flooring material of choice for designed spaces everywhere—from retail stores, to restaurants, to offices and homes. Whether the surface is acid-stained, painted, or overlaid, concrete floors offer a range that surpasses most other materials. Moreover, concrete flooring no longer has to be dull and grey—colors, textures, patterns can take these floors to another level entirely.

One of the major benefits of concrete floors is their affordability, when compared to other flooring options; a basic concrete floor will carry a comparable price tag to linoleum, vinyl, ceramic tile or carpet, while a more complex concrete floor design will run you about the same or slightly less than marble, granite, slate, or high-end wood.
Solid716 works with iCOAT Flooring for both commercial and residential spaces. The overlays are specifically formulated to provide maximum adhesion, have excellent workability and produce first class looks at a great price. Light weight concrete is troweled on new or existing concrete, creating a flooring product that is very strong, stain resistant, UV resistant and maintenance free. iCOAT floors can also be installed over radiant heating setups, to provide an aesthetically pleasing and functional floor.

Led by Creative Director Jonathan Casey, the Solid716 team approaches each installation with a deep understanding that each client has a unique design palette and functional need, which, ultimately, informs the flooring design and material application.
